She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, she is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Cracow. She is a PhD candidate in the Department of Administrative and Court-Administrative Proceedings at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

She started working in the Office while still studying law, and she quickly became known as a very ambitious, hard-working and reliable person. In the years 2009-2012 she completed legal advisor’s internship, and was granted the professional title of Legal Advisor. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, she is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Cracow. Her professional career started from co-creating one of the most well-known brands in the market of legal services in Poland – LexMedia (now: Lexis Nexis). Since 1997, she has been professionally rendering legal and advisory services to Polish and foreign companies, private persons and public institutions.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, she is a member of the District Chamber of Advocates in Cracow. In the years 2006-2009 she completed advocate internship, and was granted the professional title of Advocate.

She received two scholarships from the French Government, in 2003 she graduated from the School of French Law organized by the Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Orleans. In 2002 she completed a six-month scholarship at the Faculty of Law at the Montesquieu University – Bordeaux IV in France. Furthermore, in 2004 and 2007 she completed monthly scholarships at the Faculty of Law at the University of Orleans.

In 2010 she was granted the academic degree of PhD in Law, by defending her thesis entitled The rule of legality of activities of public administration bodies in a multicentric legal system. Currently, she is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Administrative Law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and the Faculty of management in the Małopolska School of Economics in Tarnów (Real Properties). In 2004 he was nominated to the award of the Minister of Infrastructure for his study entitled “The social costs of regulating the private resource rent system”. In the years 1999-2004 he received the scientific scholarship of the Prime Minister, Minister of National Education and Sports, Chancellor of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Chancellor of the State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów, Chancellor of the Małopolska School of Economics in Tarnów. In 2004 he was granted the medal Collegium Tarnoviense “Per aspera ad astra” (“Through hardships to the stars”) for special achievements.

From 2007 to 2011 he was professionally associated with the Doctor Q Bud Group, where he held the function of Chief Executive Officer, and was responsible, among others, for developing, introducing and supervising the execution of numerous real property development projects. Since October 2011 he has been employed at the position of Investment and Development Director in one of the largest industrial construction companies operating in southern Poland. Since 2010 he has been an independent analyst, project manager and real property advisor. He has been employed in the Office since 2006: he co-created the strategy of its development based on high-quality products, has been responsible for developing the image of the Office in the market of legal services, and has been directly responsible for certain business Clients.

He is specialized in strategic advisory services to participants in the real property market. He prepares detailed analyses in the scope of transaction prices, advises external investors in the scope of transactions of purchasing/selling real properties, investing financial resources in the real property market, and proper organization of investment processes of development character, with special emphasis on the issues associated with promoting and selling investments in the primary market.

W wolnych chwilach od dzieciństwa jej wielką pasją jest muzyka - śpiewa, gra na pianinie i gitarze. Ukończyła Państwową Szkołę Muzyczną I stopnia im. Karola Szymanowskiego w Oświęcimiu w klasie fortepianu, Szkołę Wokalno-Aktorską w Krakowie, a tajniki muzyki jazzowej zgłębiała w Szkole Jazzu i Muzyki Rozrywkowej w Krakowie. Nagrała płytę pt. „Prezent”, której fragmenty można posłuchać na youtubie.

Absolwentka Wydziału Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego w Krakowie, stypendystka Programu Erasmus na Uniwersytecie w Lublanie (Słowenia), w 2014 r. ukończyła program Szkoły Prawa Amerykańskiego organizowany przez Uniwersytet Jagielloński i Columbus School of Law – Catholic University of America.

Od 2017 r. odbywa aplikację radcowską w Okręgowej Izbie Radców Prawnych w Krakowie. Z Kancelarią Prawną Joanna Szanser-Smagacz / Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni współpracuje od grudnia 2016 r. Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywała pracując w kilku krakowskich kancelariach oraz jako wolontariusz Fundacji Academia Iuris udzielając bezpłatnych porad prawnych osobom niezamożnym.

Analyst and advisor in the real property market, property appraiser with more than 20 years of experience in the real property market, an intermediary in real property sale transactions. Member of the Real Property Market Monitor Analysis Institute. Author of many reports, analyses and projections devoted to the economic issues of the residential real property market. Associated with the real property market since 1990s, at first he ran his own firm dealing with property appraisal.

Professional specialization: analyzing and appraising real property development investments. Author of hundreds real property appraisals and court opinions. For many years he has been active among the appraisers organized in the Małopolska Association of Property Appraisers. He has organized and given lectures at numerous industry conferences devoted to the real property sector.
