We advise and support our Clients in making difficult decisions. We draw up opinions and legal information, we give advice, prepare drafts of economic agreements, arrangements, pleadings and petitions. We participate in commercial negotiations, advise how to secure your receivables, or recover debts.
We represent Clients before common courts, arbitration courts, the Supreme Court, in proceedings before public administration bodies, including in mediation proceedings, before administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. The scope of cases and competences our Clients entrust us with is very large, but it’s also a great responsibility, that’s why we’re so proud to say that almost 80 percent of all of our new Clients have found us through recommendations.
